I had Bob Childs for a salesman. He was straight forward and did what he said he was going to do. The inspection sticker did not work out at the dealer after waiting for 1 hour and had to leave; all inspection personnel had gone to lunch. It would be a good idea for them to stagger their lunch times. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

had work done as warranty recall driver side airbag and the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem with airbag, I should have just left it alone. I think this should be repaired as warranty because it stems from a recall. If the airbag malfunctions I will hold Grieco ford responsible

Dealership is absolutely horrible from the owner, down to salesman and service. I bought a buy back 2019 F150 roush. I was promised by bob child’s that it would be bought back at what I paid if there was ever an issue and I wanted to sell it. Completely a blatant lie. Had service from Greco today. It included a service tech coming to my home and subsequent service at the dealership. Couldn’t ask for better service and treatment by their personnel. I have a new vehicle and the charges today were $0. Covered under the 2 year service plan.
Our new car flashed a code and put my poor wife in distress. Instead of doing whatever they could to help they blew us off. We even paid for extended service. The car was right down the street on Route 44 in Ranynham.
Just bought a perfect vehicle for our growing family and worked with Shawn Prescott. We had a great experience and never felt pressured or swindled. Seriously, ask for Shawn! We will definitely buy all our vehicles from him!

Chris Soares was great. I saw a 2013 Ford Edge on the website. When I got there he told me i had another person looking at it but their finances were iffy. I had a good down payment and preapproval and was ready to go. As with any car purchase it took a while to complete the sale but all went smooth. Website showed 2019 Ford Escape originally $20,000. When it came down to $18,500 I bought it. I let both the salesman and finance person I was buying it at the $18,500 price. Terrible experience, customer service was slim to none, tried taking my vehicle back after signing papers over. I bought an F350 and traded in a vehicle, after a week of having the new vehicle and papers signed over to my name the dealer tried to get more money. I was in the process of moving here when my 2018 Ford F-150 broke down on the side of the road. After a different Ford dealer said they didn't know how to fix it, I had it towed to Grieco Ford. The experience went from a horror show to OUTSTANDING!! They knew exactly how to get my truck back operational and took care of everything 1000% I won't go anywhere else!!
We bought our truck about 10 years ago and if anything comes up or we have any questions we know who to call. Always very friendly, personable, and help you to understand all that is happening before things get done.
I went again today to have my Mustang checked for a minor issue, and Holly was very helpful and professional. Same thing with Mike the new Service Manager, very polite, and professional, they took very good care of me. I'm really glad this is my local dealership because of that Service Department.

From the time I walked in to the showroom,until drove home in my new(used) car 2 hours later, the experience could not have been easier. No haggle pricing takes all of the unpleasantness out of the process. Salesman, Bob Childs was very knowledgeable and helpful in this normally difficult process. Traded in my Escape for a Ford Focus. Five times in four years I had recall issues with this car. When I asked what I could get for a trade in on the car, I was asked “how much are you willing to spend”. This is why Ford has a class action lawsuit that is pending! Stay away!
This has been my home dealership for the last F150s, 2009 King Ranch and now 2017 F150 Limited, I will have to say that Megan ODonnell was instrumental on making this deal happened. Michael Littlefield was genuine, informative and very knowledgeable. Keith in service also contributed due to his always can do attitude. Everything was smooth and the experience was excellent.
I recently purchased a vehicle and was not surprised by the dealership. Grieco is average in everyway. The saleman, Bob Child's is what sold the car. He communicated well and was authentic in his dealings. He's an asset to Ford!

Received a "special invitation" that stated they were in need of my 2015 Ford Escape. Promised a decent amount for my Escape and money towards a new vehicle. After spending a total of 2 hours at the dealership, I was told that nothing could be done for me because I still had 1 year left on my lease. What a waste of time.
I recently purchased my 2017 Ford Escape es i love it. I had the best salesman Robert Childs and the process was quick he wasn't pushy i would recommend him to anyone. I reached a price agreement with the dealer on 6/30/16 for a special ordered 2016 ford edge titanium. At the time there was a factory incentive of $1000.00 and 0% financing. At the time of signing I didn't get a copy of the P&S agreement so I had the salesman email me a copy, which he did. The car took 11 weeks to arrive @ the dealership. When we went to pick up the car (9/16/16) I wanted the balance lowered by $750.00 because the incentive had increased to $1750.00 and up to 48 months financing @ 0%. I recently started looking for a new car. I contacted the dealership asking if the car was still available. I was told and that they would love for me to come look at it in person.
